Rabbit Junk, the duo of JP Anderson and Sum Grrrl, have released their latest single “Kings and Corpses,” which explores the electronic facets of their sound. The track features a haunting synth hook and lyrics that reflect on the fleeting nature of power, as embodied by the line “And here we go again,” suggesting a commentary on today’s world. Notably, this marks their second song without guitars, reminiscent of a blend between Ghost and Depeche Mode. Available on Bandcamp, it’s part of a series of standalone releases following 2022’s “Apocalypse For Beginners.”
