U.K. electro/goth band Athamay has returned after a five-year hiatus with “The Crucifixion and the Resurrection,” featuring new vocalist Marlen Moysidou. The album includes nine new tracks and three remixes, blending ’90s club beats with BDSM-themed lyrics. The music video for “Running From the Dawn” premiered on July 26, followed by the single “Under Your Voice” on August 8. Mixed and mastered by Sebastian Komor, the album is set for release on September 5 and is available for digital pre-order on Bandcamp.
