Ronny Flissundet and Kristian Liljan, the duo behind Rule of Two, released their EP Dancing Drone in June and followed it up with the single “Cloud Nine” in October. With an 80s-inspired sound reminiscent of bands like Depeche Mode and Erasure, their music combines electronic elements with moody undertones. “Cloud Nine” conveys a message about seizing the moment and embracing life’s fleeting experiences, wrapped in soaring melodies that evoke both regret and joy.
Given the theme of living in the moment in “Cloud Nine,” how do you think our understanding of time and opportunity changes as we age?
