Relapse Records has released “Asymmetric,” the final single from the upcoming collaboration between rapper/producer Will Brooks (MC Dälek) and drummer Charles Hayward. Initially intended as an instrumental, the track showcases a unique blend of droning synths and raw drumming, allowing Brooks to explore a stream of consciousness flow. This track, along with the previous singles “Breathe Slow” and “Re-Evolution,” highlights the artists’ diverse influences and the innovative nature of their collaboration, which was born from a brief residency at the University of Salford.
The album is set to drop on December 5, with pre-orders available now.
