And Also the Trees (AATT) has released "The Silver Key," the lead single from their upcoming seventeenth studio album, The Devil’s Door. This track showcases the band’s signature intensity intertwined with elements of psychedelic darkness. The album, completing a trilogy following The Bone Carver and Mother-of-Pearl Moon, features violinist Catherine Graindorge, enhancing its orchestral qualities. The music video debuted on January 22, with the album set for release on February 27. AATT will also support The Cure at the Festival de Nîmes and tour Belgium and France in March.
Given AATT’s fusion of genres and intricate musical compositions, how do you think their unique style influences the contemporary post-punk and goth scenes?
