Shikhee’s project Android Lust, though quiet in recent years, has released a new single titled “The Damned” on September 5. This marks the first new material since her 2020 collaboration with kaRIN of Collide. “The Damned” features her hallmark blend of dark ambient and post-industrial dance rhythms and was initially crafted for the horror game Tormentor, in collaboration with Madmind Studio, known for their 2018 title AGONY. The track is available on Bandcamp and anticipates the release of more music related to the game in 2025.
