Erin LeCount has released the music video for “808 HYMN,” the third single from her EP I Am Digital, I Am Divine. The track melds electro, art, and baroque pop styles, with LeCount drawing inspiration from an intense nighttime walk, where feelings of being followed shaped the song’s urgency. Directed by Sam Taylor-Edwards, the video features LeCount navigating desolate streets, heightening the sense of tension and mystery. This single follows previous releases from the EP, which includes "Silver Spoon" and "Marble Arch," and accompanies her earlier works, Soft Skin, Restless Bones and the upcoming Faithless.
What do you think the imagery in “808 HYMN” says about personal experiences of isolation and empowerment in today’s digital age?
