Swedish synthpop duo Francesca e Luigi has released their latest single, “Italopils Mi Amor,” an upbeat homage to the role of alcohol in rekindling intimacy in long-term relationships. Drawing on Italo Disco influences, the song captures the idea that a night of drinking can help partners break down emotional barriers. Jessica “Francesca” Brannefors notes, “Alcohol can make you find each other again, if only for one night.” Released on January 12 via A to the B to the C Records, this is the duo’s second single following their December 2024 album, “Pop Pain Pleasure.”
