Netherlands, the duo of Timo Ellis and Don Pusateri, have debuted their single "Black Fractal," accompanied by a striking video, as a preview of their upcoming EP, Vapors, releasing on August 15. The video, edited by Pangaksama, intertwines news footage, Akira Kurosawa clips, CGI, and photography to reflect current global uncertainties. Vapors reimagines tracks from their 2013 Silicon Vapor album, showcasing the band’s evolution with re-recorded songs and rewritten lyrics under the remixing of Mario Quintero (Spotlights). Ellis likens the project to “Silicon Valley meets Fury Road,” maintaining their unique blend of progressive post-rock and electronic elements.
