The Circle Music has announced Wine For a Tormented Soul, the anticipated new album from Swedish goth/rock band Scheitan, set for release on December 19. This marks their second album since returning from a 24-year hiatus, following 2024’s Songs For the Gothic People. Featuring singles like “Love n’ Death,” “Carry Me Home,” and “Heaven Tonight,” the album explores themes of personal hardship, inspired by founder Pierre Törnkvist’s recent struggles. Limited pre-orders are available in CD and vinyl formats.
Given the album’s themes of loss and healing, how do you think music can serve as a therapeutic outlet for artists facing personal challenges?
