Steve Von Till has been productive, releasing the Triptych series under his Harvestman moniker and now unveiling the first track from his upcoming solo album, Alone in a World of Wounds. The video for “Watch Them Fade” showcases Von Till’s exploration of gothic Americana, as well as his introspective themes on humanity’s disconnect from nature. With a release date set for May 16 via Neurot Recordings, the album reflects his passion for environmental philosophy and was recorded in his Idaho barn home studio. In addition to his music career, Von Till is also an elementary school teacher and an advocate for suicide prevention among Montana Blackfeet Nation youth. As he prepares for upcoming live performances, one can only wonder how his diverse talents and influences will continue to shape his artistic output in the future.
