British industrial music pioneers Test Dept are set to release ‘Industrial Overture. Studio & Live Recordings 1982-1985’ on December 5, featuring 42 tracks—26 of which are previously unreleased. This comprehensive collection includes gems from their past, such as the elusive cassette-only debut and fan-favorites, alongside a newly released 1983 version of ‘State Of Affairs.’ Known for their politically charged performances, the band also plans a new album for 2026 and an upcoming tour.
